Meet Junru Baluingu, a 17 year old teenager living in the Philippines who turns 18 in June. It’s thought that when he hits 18 he will officially become the smallest adult man in the world.
He stands just under two feet tall (21.6 inches) and lives with his family, including two sisters and a brother, all normal sized. I expect TLC to offer the family a tv deal at any time.
