It can be helpful but also incredibly frustrating trying to wrap your mind around a bite of knowledge that comes from another life view. If you can identify with the words they can mean everything. These incredible paper pictures were cut by artist Bovey Lee from Hong Kong. Cutting art into rice paper has been a tradition in Chinese crafts. The cuts are made with 11 different sizes of knife.

This eye-catching garment was made entirely with spider silk. The threads were from spiders in Madagascar. They were collected by hand. I’ve had nightmares that went a lot like that, but instead of collecting them I was screaming in pure terror.
